Ishitvam Yoga was founded by Niraj Shukla and Dhiraj Shukla with the vision of bringing authentic yogic wellness and classical yogic studies to modern seekers. Our purpose is to create awareness that traditional yogic wisdom is not only a spiritual path but also a powerful system for preventing and managing lifestyle-related disorders. Rooted in ancient traditions and thoughtfully adapted for today’s world, Ishitvam Yoga offers a space for healing, learning, and inner growth.

Ishitvam Yoga Wellness

Ishitvam Yoga Wellness focuses on therapeutic and preventive care through yoga therapy and Ayurvedic principles. Our approach integrates asana (therapeutic postures), pranayama (breath regulation), meditation, shatkarma (yogic cleansing techniques), herbal support, Ayurvedic wisdom, and conscious lifestyle practices. Through this comprehensive method, we work to address physical, mental, and emotional imbalances, especially those arising from modern lifestyle disorders. Under this unit, we offer personal yoga therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, wellness workshops, and transformational retreats.

Ishitvam Yoga School

Ishitvam Yoga School is dedicated to the study and preservation of classical yogic knowledge. We offer in-depth exploration of traditional texts and Indian philosophical systems, including the Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga texts, Upanishads, and broader Indian spiritual traditions. This unit provides yogic studies workshops, certification courses and training programs, spiritual retreats, and structured study programs. Our aim is to guide sincere seekers toward deeper understanding, disciplined practice, and spiritual refinement.

Dhiraj Shukla is a dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding people toward better physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. His practice draws on three complementary disciplines — yoga, meditation, and herbal therapy — allowing him to offer a holistic, root-cause approach to healing rather than symptom-level fixes.
