Dhiraj Shukla

Dhiraj Shukla

Co-Founder

Dhiraj Shukla is a dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding people toward better physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. His practice draws on three complementary disciplines — yoga, meditation, and herbal therapy — allowing him to offer a holistic, root-cause approach to healing rather than symptom-level fixes. Education & Credentials Master's degree in Yogic Science Master's degree in Management UGC NET qualified in Yoga Certificate in Stress Management Philosophy & Approach At the heart of Dhiraj's teaching is a simple belief: lasting well-being comes from balance, not intensity. He focuses on: Balance — aligning body, breath, and mind through sustainable daily practice Healing — using yogic and Ayurvedic principles to support the body's natural recovery processes Mindfulness — cultivating present-moment awareness as a foundation for long-term mental clarity Rather than prescribing generic routines, he tailors practices to each individual's constitution and needs, making yoga accessible and effective for practitioners at every level. Teaching Experience Over the course of his career, Dhiraj has trained a diverse range of students, including international delegates, bringing his teaching to a global audience. His dual background in yogic science and management also shapes how he structures and delivers his sessions — combining traditional depth with practical, outcome-focused delivery. At Ishitvam Yoga As Co-Founder, Dhiraj helps shape the vision and practice philosophy behind Ishitvam Yoga, working closely with practitioners to design simple, effective practices that fit into real, everyday life — helping people build habits that support well-being for the long term, not just in the studio.
