Niraj Shukla
Co-Founder
Niraj Shukla is an expert in yoga wellness and yogic philosophy with over two decades of experience. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Yoga Science and Philosophy and is UGC-NET qualified in Yoga and Philosophy. He is certified in Yoga Therapy, Diet Management in Health and Disease, Yoga and Positive Psychology (IIT Bombay), Yoga for Stress and Anger management (S-VYASA). He has guided thousands of people toward better health through the practical application of yogic therapy. His approach combines yogic practices, Ayurvedic wisdom, yogic diet, and practical philosophy. He works with chronic physical and mental conditions while also supporting spiritual growth. He is known for his simple, practical, and easy-to-understand way of teaching yogic studies and philosophy. He has conducted many workshops, courses, teacher training programs, and yoga therapy sessions at various institutions. His teachings have helped many people lead a more balanced, peaceful, and meaningful life.

Dhiraj Shukla
Co-Founder
Dhiraj Shukla is a dedicated yoga meditation facilitator with over 10 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and herbal therapy. As a Senior Consultant at Ishitvam Yoga, he helps people improve their well-being through simple and effective practices. With Master’s degrees in Yogic Science and Management and UGC NET in Yoga, he has trained many students, including international delegates. His approach focuses on balance, healing, and mindfulness.

Lali Singhania
Co- Founder
Lali Singhania is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher with over three decades of experience in the study and practice of yoga. Rooted in the teachings and philosophy of the Sivananda Yoga lineage, her journey reflects a deep commitment to the traditional foundations of yogic wisdom. Over the years, Lali has explored and practiced multiple forms and disciplines of yoga, enriching her understanding of both its physical and spiritual dimensions. She believes that while yoga is expressed through many styles and methods, all authentic paths ultimately guide practitioners toward inner balance, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. Lali’s teaching approach blends traditional principles with an inclusive and compassionate perspective, encouraging students to discover yoga as a personal journey.
